Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed their daughter Dua Padukone Singh in September 2024, and since then, the couple has shielded their daughter from the cameras. So much so that they did not share any photos of their daughter on social media also. But, on Tuesday, the couple shared the first glimpse of their daughter on Instagram. In the adorable family pictures, Dua is twinning with her mother Deepika as she comfortably rests in her parents’ arms.

As soon as the couple dropped the pictures, their fans and followers showered them with a lot of love. Rajkummar Rao wrote, “So Cute. God Bless you guys ” Neha Dhupia dropped a bunch of heart emojis in the comments section of the post.

Since welcoming Dua Padukone Singh in 2024, Deepika Padukone has spoken about motherhood on many occasions. In an earlier chat with Marie Claire, Deepika shared that the couple took two months to decide Dua’s name. “I think what was more important for us was to first hold the baby in our arms, allow her to sort of see this new world she’s come into, and allow her personality to start developing a little bit,” she said and added that she got the idea of the name in the middle of the night, while Ranveer was away on a shoot, and she texted it to him. “It felt like a beautiful summary of what she means to us and why she means what she means to us,” she
