Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will present two Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) reports related to the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi on the first day of the Delhi Assembly Monsoon Session.

Power Minister Ashish Sood will table notifications and corrigenda concerning the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) regulations, specifically the Terms and Conditions for Open Access (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026. Copies of these will also pertain to Delhi school education.

The fifth report of the Business Advisory Committee will be presented during the session. Additionally, Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra will introduce “The Delhi Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Repeal) Bill, 2026”

The Business Advisory Committee meeting was chaired by Speaker Vijender Gupta, where it was unanimously agreed that two CAG reports and the DERC notification would be placed on the Table of the House on Wednesday.

The Committee decided that three bills would be introduced during the sixth session of the eighth Legislative Assembly, which runs from August 7 to 11, 2026. These relate to the time-bound delivery of public services, amendments to the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, and the repeal of laws governing bed-and-breakfast establishments.
