Sachdeva has said its regrettable that CM Arvind Kejriwal is misleading the MCD’s Safai Karamcharis by claiming that with yesterday’s resolution passed in MCD House 5000 Safai Karamacharis stand regularised.

The resolution passed in yesterday’s House is based on a resolution no. 212 dated 13.12.2014 which approved creation of 5000 posts of Regular Swatchta Karamcharis by the erstwhile BJP ruled East Delhi Municipal Corporation. It is sad that despite EDMC’s repeated requests Delhi Government never released the budget of Rs. 583 needed for creation of these 5000 posts.

Delhi BJP President has said that nothing can be more regrettable then a Chief Minister himself doing a press conference and claiming that we have regularised 5000 Safai Karam acharis even as the resolution passed yesterday without even any formal introduction in the House gives no list or details of Karamacharis being regularised.
