The sensational pop star Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky have welcomed their first newborn baby into the world. Back in April 2024, they reportedly got engaged during the Paris Olympics. Fast forward to September 2026, and they have now welcomed their child, ending the pregnancy secrecy they kept for a while.

Both she and her husband were spotted for the first time with a baby wrapped comfortably against her chest as they took a stroll around the streets of Northern California. Lady Gaga has always fondly addressed her fans as little monsters, and we, in turn, refer to her as our Mother Monster. And now the pop icon is truly a mother in this full-circle moment.

During an interview in 2019 with the YouTube channel NikkieTutorials, Lady Gaga was asked what she thought would happen in the next 10 years. To this, she discussed how having babies was one of her desires, amongst other ambitions. She said, “I want to do all types of different music. I want to do more movies. I wanna have babies. I want to continue to build the behemoth that is House Laboratories into the makeup company of my dreams.”

That was not the only time she spoke about hints of a family. During an interview with ‘InStyle’ back in 202, she vibrantly expressed how much the entire idea of motherhood truly meant to her. She expressed, “I will say I am very excited to have kids,” Gaga admits. “I look forward to being a mom. Isn’t it incredible what we can do? We can hold a human inside and grow it. Then it comes out, and it’s our job to keep it alive. It’s so funny. Everyone works out of my house every day. When they come in, I always say, “Welcome to the Womb!””
