Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will acquire 100% of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH (MHP), Porsche AG’s management and IT consulting subsidiary, for an enterprise value of €320 million as part of a broader five-year strategic partnership with the German luxury automaker.

The acquisition, approved by the board of TCS Netherlands B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of TCS, will give the Indian IT services company greater access to the European automotive and industrial technology market. The deal is expected to close within three to four months.

Porsche and TCS have also signed a five-year strategic deal worth €1.25 billion, under which the two companies will collaborate on artificial intelligence across Porsche’s engineering, manufacturing, operations, customer experience and enterprise transformation activities.

As part of the partnership, TCS will establish a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche.

The centre will focus on industrialising AI use cases across manufacturing and operations, engineering and customer experience, with the aim of developing secure and scalable solutions for Porsche’s product and value chain.

MHP, which is headquartered in Ludwigsburg, Germany, specialises in automotive and industrial consulting, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, SAP transformation, manufacturing digitalisation, connected mobility and software-defined mobility. It employs around 4,500 people and reported turnover of €742 million in calendar 2025.
