Op Sindoor Storms Monsoon Session:  HM Amit Shah Concludes The Debate In Rajya Sabha

The Rajya Sabha, on Day 11 of the Monsoon session of the Parliament, will take up a statutory resolution seeking the extension of President’s Rule in Manipur and the consideration of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Bill, 2025. At the beginning of the Monsoon session, a resolution was moved by Union Home Minister Amit Shah to extend President’s Rule in the northeastern state by six months, starting on August 13 this year.

Amit Shah’s fiery speech in Rajya Sabha: Concluding the Operation Sindoor debate in the Parliament, Home Minister Amit Shah took a dig at the Congress party in the Rajya Sabha and said, “You gave away Pakistan occupied Kashmir and its our duty to take it back.” “The identity of 3 terrorists killed in Op Mahadev established Lashkar-e-Taiba’s hand in Pahalgam attack.” Shah furth said. As Shah began his speech, Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge waded in and raised his objection to the absence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Upper House, following which Opposition MPs staged walkout of the Upper House.
