Arjun Babuta finished fourth in men’s 10m air rifle final. Manu Bhaker, Sarabjot Singh have qualified for the bronze medal match in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event. A late goal from Harmanpreet Singh gave the men’s hockey team a 1-1 draw against Argentina while Lakshya Sen cruised to his first recorded win of the Games. Manika Batra became the first Indian to reach the round of 16 of singles table tennis at the Olympics.

 Manika Batra ended the third day of the 2024 Olympics for India by becoming the first from the country to reach the pre-quarterfinals in singles table tennis at the Games. Batra beat France’s Prithika Pavard 3-0 to go through. Meanwhile,a late goal from captain Harmanpreet Singh helped India draw 1-1 with Argentina in their men’s hockey

Lakshya Sen overcame a slow start and won his first game against Belgium’s Julien Carraggi. Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty are through to the quarterfinals of men’s doubles badminton. Manika Batra made history by becoming the first Indian to reach the round of 16 in singles table tennis at the Olympics. She beat France’s Prithika Pavard 3-0.
