Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva welcomed the introduction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second (Amendment) Bill, 2023 in parliament.

He said that one time extension of 3 years as proposed in the Bill introduced by the Union Minister Sardar Hardeep Singh Puri in parliament today brings a great reprive for Delhi’s property owners. Sachdeva said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s government has shown its sensitivity towards public demand by securing properties against punitive action for a longer possible stretch of 3 years as was being demanded by trader organisations.
