Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena launched the Vigilance Complaint
Information Management System (VCIMS) portal, which is believed to be conducive to
speedy action in dealing with and monitoring complaints on corruption, an official
statement said on Thursday.
“VCIMS will enable the common man to file vigilance complaints at any time from
anywhere against an employee of Delhi Government, MCD, NDMC, DDA, Delhi Police
and other Autonomous Organizations and Institutions of Delhi Government and also
deter vexatious complaints by the blackmailers”, LG Saxena said during the launch
