The Gateway of India in Mumbai saw the coming together of many renowned Bollywood stars for the Paris-based luxury brand Dior’s fashion show. The brand showcased its pre-fall collection at the historic building. From Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli, to Ananya Panday, Shweta Bachchan, and Sonam Kapoor, celebrities put their best fashion foot forward at the event.

Anushka and Virat posed for the paparazzi before attending the fashion show. Anushka looked stunning in her yellow dress and Virat donned a brown suit and paired it up with white sneakers. Sonam looked lovely in a pink outfit. She wore Indian jewellery with her outfit. Athiya Shetty and Ananya Panday too were gorgeous. Dior shared the link for the live coverage of the fashion show on Twitter. “Catch the #DiorFall23 show by Maria Grazia Chiuri, taking place beneath the historic Gateway of India in Mumbai,” read the tweet. Freida Pinto had earlier shared her excitement about coming to India after three years. She shared in a statement, “I’m coming back home to Mumbai after almost 3 years and I’m so excited that this trip is also going to be a meaningful one with Dior. When fashion brands use their platform to highlight the incredible contribution from other cultures and in this case my own, my Indian culture, it’s an association I cannot afford to not get behind.” Sonam Kapoor had also given a glimpse of the magnificent invite of the star-studded event on social media and had expressed her excitement about a luxury fashion brand showcasing its collection in India.
